Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy electronic tickets from Admitix on https://admitix.band.nz. By completing checkout you agree to them, together with the refund policy and privacy policy.

What we sell

Admitix sells digital admission tickets to live events in New Zealand. A ticket is a licence to attend the named event, at the named venue, at the stated date and time, subject to age limits and venue rules on the event page. Tickets are not a physical product. There is no shipping.

Prices, currency, and fees

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). The event page shows the ticket face value. At checkout we add a booking fee of $1.50 NZD per ticket and an estimated card-processing amount. The total shown before you pay is the amount charged.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Admitix does not store full card numbers. Your statement may show ADMITIX.

Delivery

After Stripe confirms payment, we email QR tickets to the email address you enter. Delivery is electronic and is usually complete within a few minutes. You can also open the order link from that email. You are responsible for using a working email address and for keeping the QR codes private. Treat them like cash.

Entry and restrictions

• The venue may refuse entry if you do not meet the advertised age restriction, or if you breach venue or promoter house rules.
• Tickets may be scanned only once unless we say otherwise. Screenshots shared with others can lock you out if someone else is scanned first.
• Events can be cancelled, postponed, or moved. The refund policy explains what happens then.

Promotions

If we offer a discount or promo code, the conditions will be shown with that offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot contract out of under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. To the extent permitted, Admitix is not responsible for the artistic content of an event, venue facilities, or loss caused by you sharing your QR code.

Governing law
